§1 General Provisions The online store available at www.fungoofun.pl is operated by: Fungoofun EU, Drawska 10A/35, 02-202 Warsaw, Poland | VAT No: 7011302671 Contact: info@fungoofun.pl These Terms of Service define the rules for using the store and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

§2 Definitions

Store – the online store at fungoofun.pl

Customer – any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store

Product – bags, totes, and accessories available in the Store

Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract

Sales Contract – a contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store

§3 Placing Orders Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store website. To place an order, the Customer must: complete the order form, accept the Terms of Service, and confirm the order by clicking "Buy now". After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email. The sales contract is concluded upon the Customer receiving order acceptance confirmation.

§4 Prices & Payments All prices are gross prices (VAT included) and expressed in PLN. The price displayed at the time of ordering is binding. Shipping costs are added to the order value and displayed before checkout. Available payment methods: online payments (credit/debit cards, bank transfers) and other methods available via Shopify Payments.

§5 Order Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Pre-order products may have individual fulfillment times — the Customer receives updates by email. Delivery is handled by InPost and Poczta Polska within Poland. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.

§6 Right of Withdrawal A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day of receiving the product. Detailed return conditions are set out in the Return Policy available on the Store website. Personalized products and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

§7 Complaints The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the product with the contract. Complaints should be submitted to info@fungoofun.pl, including: order number, description of the defect or non-conformity, and photos (if applicable). The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. In the case of a justified complaint, the Customer may request: product replacement, price reduction, or a refund.

§8 Personal Data Protection The data controller for Customers' personal data is Fungoofun EU. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication. The Customer has the right to: access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.

§9 Intellectual Property All content published in the Store (photos, descriptions, graphics, logo) is the property of the Seller or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, distributing, or using materials without prior consent is prohibited.

§10 Final Provisions The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect no earlier than 7 days after publication. Orders placed before the amendment are fulfilled under the rules applicable at the time of placement. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular: the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego oraz prawa i obowiązki Klienta i Sprzedawcy.

§2 Definicje

Sklep – sklep internetowy dostępny pod adresem fungoofun.pl

Klient – osoba fizyczna, prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna dokonująca zakupów w Sklepie

Produkt – torebki, torby i akcesoria dostępne w ofercie Sklepu

Zamówienie – oświadczenie woli Klienta zmierzające do zawarcia umowy sprzedaży

Umowa sprzedaży – umowa zawarta między Klientem a Sprzedawcą za pośrednictwem Sklepu

§3 Składanie zamówień

Zamówienia można składać 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu poprzez stronę internetową Sklepu.

Warunkiem złożenia zamówienia jest:

wypełnienie formularza zamówienia
akceptacja Regulaminu
potwierdzenie zamówienia przyciskiem „Kupuję i płacę”

Po złożeniu zamówienia Klient otrzymuje potwierdzenie na podany adres e-mail.

Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta z chwilą otrzymania przez Klienta potwierdzenia przyjęcia zamówienia do realizacji.

§4 Ceny i płatności

Wszystkie ceny podane w Sklepie są cenami brutto (zawierają podatek VAT) i wyrażone są w walucie PLN.

Cena produktu widoczna na stronie w momencie składania zamówienia jest ceną wiążącą.

Koszty dostawy są doliczane do wartości zamówienia i wyświetlane przed finalizacją zakupu.

Dostępne metody płatności:

płatności online (karty płatnicze, przelewy)
inne metody płatności dostępne w systemie Shopify Payments

§5 Realizacja zamówienia

Zamówienia są realizowane w ciągu 1–3 dni roboczych od momentu potwierdzenia płatności.

Produkty dostępne w formule pre-order mogą mieć indywidualny czas realizacji – Klient otrzymuje aktualizacje drogą mailową.

Dostawa realizowana jest przez firmy InPost oraz Poczta Polska na terenie Polski.

Czas dostawy wynosi zazwyczaj 1–3 dni robocze od momentu nadania przesyłki.

§6 Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

Klient będący konsumentem ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni kalendarzowych bez podania przyczyny.

Termin liczy się od dnia otrzymania produktu.

Szczegółowe warunki zwrotu określa Polityka Zwrotów dostępna na stronie Sklepu.

Produkty personalizowane oraz oznaczone jako „final sale” nie podlegają zwrotowi.

§7 Reklamacje

Sprzedawca odpowiada za niezgodność produktu z umową.

Reklamację należy zgłosić na adres info@fungoofun.pl, podając:

numer zamówienia
opis niezgodności lub wady
zdjęcia produktu (jeśli dotyczy)

Sprzedawca ustosunkuje się do reklamacji w ciągu 14 dni od jej otrzymania.

W przypadku uzasadnionej reklamacji Klient może żądać:

wymiany produktu na wolny od wad
obniżenia ceny
zwrotu pieniędzy

§8 Ochrona danych osobowych

Administratorem danych osobowych Klientów jest Fungoofun EU.

Dane osobowe przetwarzane są zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności oraz przepisami RODO.

Dane wykorzystywane są wyłącznie w celu realizacji zamówień oraz komunikacji z Klientem.

Klient ma prawo do:

dostępu do swoich danych
ich poprawiania
usunięcia danych

§9 Własność intelektualna

Wszystkie treści zamieszczone w Sklepie (zdjęcia, opisy, grafiki, logo) są własnością Sprzedawcy lub wykorzystywane są na podstawie odpowiednich licencji.

Kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie lub wykorzystywanie materiałów bez uprzedniej zgody jest zabronione.
